HOW DO I FIND MY BKVIEWER UNIQUE SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER?

Open bkViewer and go to Settings. Once there, go to Licenses. Your system identification number will appear on the right.

I WANT TO UPGRADE MY PROCEDURE PACKAGE, BUT I DON'T HAVE A SERVICE AGREEMENT. WHAT TO DO?

If you do not have a service agreement, you can still upgrade your procedure package. Customers without service agreements will be responsible for the service installation fee. Contact your local sales representative or fill out the upgrade form on this page to begin the process of placing an order. Once your order has been placed, a service representative will go on-site to install your purchased upgrade.
