Contact your IT department for guidance. For customers who cannot download the free trial of bkViewer, BK Medical can mail the software on a USB to your institution.
HOW CAN I GET A PERMANENT LICENSE OF BKVIEWER?
If you would like to get a permanent bkViewer license, contact your local sales representative for an upgrade to your procedure package. Your representative will require you to supply your bkViewer unique system identification number.
HOW DO I FIND MY BKVIEWER UNIQUE SYSTEM IDENTIFICATION NUMBER?
Open bkViewer and go to Settings. Once there, go to Licenses. Your system identification number will appear on the right.
